    Well I wasn’t attempting to be very literal with my statement, I thought that much was obvious. Leaning out bulk muscle was more of a hybrid metaphor since you can’t actually keep the same percentage of muscle when you lean out your frame ( unless you’re adding muscle to a broader spectrum of the body). Like I mentioned before I’m not a trainer but I know my body and after getting leaner and losing a trivial amount of bulk I performed better athletically and didn’t notice loss in strength.

    Sadly the arc of this vid (becoming undisputed at 135) is already obsolete, as Garcia vacated.

    Yeah, the winner will probably end up facing the winner between Commey and whoever he faces for the vacant title.
