why is everyone so fixated on this fight? seems to be agendas. I mean lomachenko has corrales bercheldt vargas salido 2 miura all probably bigger names, some already hbo fighters

I mean Loma is already very proven, why are we clamoring for him to fight the lowest regarded holder.

I don't like belt holders who are in their developing process but I won't call a belt holder a ducker if he fights his mandatories and other top ten opponents. Davis has hardly anytime with the belt, I think people are being overly critical especially when there are better options in the division

 

They should fight in 2018. Davis should stay busy, get 2-3 more fights under his belt, then aim to unify with Loma. That way Davis develops and Loma won't get "old".

Kostya can't be mentioned with the atg lwws because if he fought them and lost he wouldn't rematch them. I mean you can mention him but I won't. Now you can mention him but I won't. He was penalized in history and that is the single greatest punishment this sport has to offer. You lose you so the rematch. You try until you can't get one after you've exhausted all attempts to get one-period no ifs ands or buts.

Davis is a champion or at lead title holder in his division he should want to fight the best.

The guy won his belt in January and has since fought one fight, and that was a fight he had to fight to keep his belt!

I don't give a flying **** about who is the A or B side. We all know who is what in this scenario. You don't give the guy who beat you the same amount that he received in the first fight.

The guy who beat you earned that right to get paid a lil more. That was the problem with Marquez and Pac. But the fans forced Arum and Pac to give Marquez what he wanted after Marquez went and fought John for peanuts.

When you are trying to make the rematch...you give the guy who beat you what he wants as long as he doesn't earn more than you. Loma isn't a huge draw anyway but he is the draw in this case. Loma will still make more money than Salido.

Floyd is the manager of Davis. He's doing his job. The fight will build. Floyd said "not now" but because Floyd said it..you clowns run with your feelings of Floyd in response to Davis.

 

Yeah I do. I dont mind if he defends once or twice maximum IF he can't get a unification match, otherwise he needs to vacate. My view is the same for every fighter in boxing. If they're not chasing greatness, they don't deserve any props from me.
