That's nothing new seen many other boxer do the same drill. Tszyu, Hopkins, Joshua, Porter etc, I've seen them all do this drill, so hardly next level.

This will be great help if his next fight is against a tennis ball

A lot of training techniques look cool but a lot of are complete nonsense and done merely for show so some training can look like Yoda.

In saying that a lot of reaction stuff he does and propreoception training to good and should be incorporated into all fighters camps.

But your not going to turn Scott quigg into lomachenko with a tennis ball and some puzzles

If Loma beats Rigo then the tennis balls stock will go way up

I hope he's preparing for headbutts, low blows and sucker punches too.

Guys, all this is very common stuff from the old soviet boxing school. They wholeheartedly believed in training the body and mind.
That's why the Klitschko's have advanced degrees. The old school soviets boxers trained and went to university as a means to create a thinking boxer. The puzzles and coordination were a part of this. Kosta Tszyu was always working on this same stuff.

he'll need all his craft to figure out the Rigo puzzle. Whatever works.
