Do you think Lomachenko did enough at 130 to be considered a top 10 ATG there? He beat Walters and Rigondeaux, and dominated everyone he fought at that weight.

No, he didn't fight the two or three best guys at the weight.

Not even close. He wasn't there long enough and neither Walters or Rigo were top competition at 130.

This. Berchelt, Davis, and Machado were all fights that could've been made before he moved up. Rigo and Marriaga were a waste of everyone's time.

Scratch Davis as both he and Floyd never wanted the work as we all know.

No. Too busy making sure he was a multi-weight titlist in a career which started later than most. In the era where rising through multiple weight divisions is no longer a rarity, the new measuring stick of greatness isn't dominating a division (GGG being an old school exception) but competing for and winning world straps in more than one.

He's in the same company as De La Hoya, in that he looked fantastic at the weight but didn't stick around long enough to really establish himself as one of the ATG's in the division.

The names were already mentioned. And here is Lomachenko about to fight Davis's leftovers.
