Given Gervonta is 22 and Loma is almost 29, they'll probably wait until Loma is completely past it (not as long as you think, given Loma's style).

I can understand that he's just 22 and is green and IMO needs to work on his game, but he should vacate the title then or at least face the other beltholders before taking on Loma.
