Loma and Lopez would beat the crap out of Inoue, he`s far too small and doesn`t have the skill level of Loma, all of Loma`s lightweight opponents would have battered Inoue easily.
I highly doubt Inoue KOs him if Lopez who's basically a shrunk down WW can't.. & that was an injured inactive Loma. Consider that an in shape Lopez recently weighed in at 156lbs. Which means he probably walks around at over 160. Which is basically the same size as a young Canelo. Inoue is awesome but weight matters, & let's not forget Inoue couldn't KO an old Donaire so I doubt he's KOing Loma. A guy who clowned the likes of Walters & Rigo.. both of whom fked Donaire up. Loma is a small LW & despite division I don't think naturally there is much size difference between them, but there's enough to make a difference imo
Lomachenko could make 126 just fine, I suspect. That's his natural weight. He was already mature when he started there. I wouldn't want him fighting Inoue down there, however. Inoue doesn't appear to be much more than a bantamweight physically. He looked small compared to Donaire, who is very big for the weight. If it did happen, I think Lomachenko beats him clear enough. Personally, I would like to see Lomachenko get the Lopez rematch and then hop down to 130 and take on the winner of Valdez-Herring, which is inevitable, given both are Top Rank fighters. Seeing as Valdez and Herring might be #1 and #2 by that point (barring Davis' exit), it would constitute a real championship fight. Lomachenko could snag that with relative ease.
Seems intent on fighting at LW, won't give it up despite it destroying his body .. much better fights to be had at 130 but he's ploughing forward with the likes of Nakatani a big gangly LW..
At the very least, I think the primary driving force keeping him at 135 is a potential rematch with Lopez. I know there are rumors swirling around that Lopez will move up and that is inevitable, but a PPV bout with Lomachenko has to be enticing, especially if Arum is pushing it too. He's young, as is Josh Taylor, so 140-pound glory can wait.
I don`t think Inoue could beat Loma but he just proved his great v southpaws. This content is protected
There is absolutely no way Inoue beats Loma. Loma defeats anyone his natural size or smaller. 135 is 1-2 divisions above his natural weight and when you add in boxers who boil down so they can weight bully smaller fighters, it is amazing he can even compete.
Lopez struggles to make 135. Inoue may top out at 122, possibly 126. Some people have the physique to put on weight successfully, like Pac or Duran. Loma's limit is 135 while Teo might end up at 147. Lopez has no business in a ring with Inoue as he is way too big. Loma can make 126 and Inoue the same. They are similar size and build, but I don't see it happening. Prior to Loma fighting Rigo, he said he would receive absolutely no credit. He was right. He dismantled one of the best boxers of this generation and he didn't use his size, but everyone dismissed it as a size advantage.
