    According to Nonito Smoak TBA might just well be coming off a controversial SD loss from a title shot in his previous bout. I haven't heard of a TBA opponent like that before but apparently they exist. No wait, my bad... apparently they're better than that according to Nonito Smoak. That means that TBA might actually be a titleholder willing to step in as a last minute opponent. Man, the things I don't know about this sport.

    Loma has fought 2 pro fights.

    One against a journeyman. (As for Bautista, Russell has beaten guy who beat Bautista aswell)

    Another against a title holder who he lost to.

    What Ascending talent has he faced?

    Stop whining and cut/pasting from your Ward posts.

    Loma agreed to face a seasoned professional title holder in his 2nd bout.
    He agreed to fight in Texas.
    He also agreed to continue when his opponent came in overweight.

    He assisted Saildo's tactics by hugging and dancing with him all night. When he was fouled he didn't retaliate or change his tactics.

    Stop blaming the ref.
    Loma lost the fight because of his poor choices and poorer execution.

    I thought you meant ascending talent as in "a talent that is ascending" in other words an up and coming fighter.

    Anyway, as of now. Loma has beaten a journeyman and lost to a title holder.

    Hes getting a title shot again for some reason, good for him, but stop claiming that hes something special until he proves it.

    Russell has got exceptional talent too, but until one of them prove it in the pro ranks, they're just 2 talented prospects.
