Loma said recently that he wants to get a rematch vs Salido.

Who do you pick this time? And how?

Salido was faded going into their first bout. Tack on a trilogy of wars with Martinez...

I'd pick Lomachenko to win. I only had him losing the first by two points, he was coming on strong at the end with Salido looking gassed, and I'd imagine that Lomachenko's belt line will be quite high for this one.

Well, I had Loma narrowly winning last time with the world's worst referee, and a two weight class deficit in size.

Salido came close to getting stopped late.

He does not hear the final bell in a rematch.

Well since in the real world, Loma beat Salido easily and wide
there would normallly be no reason for a rematch. However, since
the ukrainian got ambushed, even by his own promoter, in Northern
Mexico he deserves a chance to right a wrong. Salido gets stopped
    this time, no doubt.

With a fair ref Lomachenko should win this time, but I'm not extremely cofident about it either, I think Salido may be a difficult styles fight for him.

    Loma's learned his lesson.

I don't think Salido gives him the satisfaction of a rematch. He'll keep the 1-0 to hold over Loma's head and be a thorn in his side for the rest of Loma's career.
