Lomachenko went into the deep end pretty quick and looked good in doing so

    I know he might be the best am boxer ever. But what i like is he isn't facing cans like Gary Russell Jr was doing for his entire career up until Lomachenko.



    He lost against Salido but he still looked the better fighter in the ring imo. Salido fought dirty and should have been deducted more points.


    And then he fights Russell Jr who is a good opponent and he beat him rather convincingly.


    I know he didn't really need to fight cans but i guess they could have put him in with some if they didn't know he was ready.

    decorated amateur career - CHECK

    nice guy - CHECK

    ***** OF STEEL (takes on world champ in second fight and then literally displays ***** of steel by taking salidos dirty low blows all night) - CHECK

    pleasing style to watch? - CHECK!!!


    the guys footwork is incredible i love the way he steps around and lands straights to the body its something i myself have been trying to learn from him

    and in this day and age of "X IS DUCKING Y" etc etc people still find time to try an **** on loma ?

    Yeah, I try to emulate him a little as well. I love his footwork too, he may as well be dancing in the ring.

    Lomachenko's last fight sealed the deal for me in buying the hype on him. Dude's footwork is ridiculous.

    Agreed. His adjustments and determination mid-fight and fight to fight are a joy to watch. Too bad he's lacking power though.

    so after being fouled and slightly beaten by a weltwerweight and experienced fighter salido in his second fight then going straight on to dethrone one of the most exciting boxers in gary russell jr he is not allowed to take a stay busy fight? :huh

    seriously why do you dislike him?

    i dont really take note of many peoples usernames but some people like MVC and boxing_master always leave a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons, so with everyone else i assume they are genuine unbiased posters (you can imagine how let down i am most of the time) :-(
