I think current and definitely past Pacquiao beats Loma. I don't think a technical breakdown is even necessary, Loma scars very easily in most of his fights, even the ones in which he dominates, he always looks (facially) worst than his opponents.

Okay, you better give him crap if he doesn't face the kind of opposition you just mapped out.

    Pac KOs Loma.

Loma is a great boxer, but he's underpowered and he stays right in front of you, skillfully so of course.

You cannot fight like that against Pac. There's just no way you can avoid Pac's accurate combos coming from all angles.

You need distance like Floyd, even if that was a past it Pac. Floyd tried to "walk down" Pac and that went out the window quick after he got caught with some counters from Pac. Distance won it for him.

JMM is totally different from Loma. He hits harder and commits 100% to his punches. He is more counter punching minded than Loma who attacks a lot. And whether you think JMM won x or y Pac fight, you have to admit he got busted up badly in all of them.

Pac overwhelms and KOs Loma. Horrible style for him.

Who’s to say Loma wouldn’t switch tactics? I don’t doubt he’s capable of doing so.

It would be interesting at 122. I'd have to favor Loma. Too much speed and talent. Besides, he has seen it all as far as fighters go and the only one who will beat him on the straight up is one who is well above his best weight.

from 135 down I'd favor Loma, from 140 up I'd give Manny the benefit of a doubt only cause he's been there and done that.
