I never said he was my boy. In fact I follow Lomachenko's career a lot closer than Berchelt and rank him higher than him as well.

I don't understand why certain fans of certain fighters get so defensive like little bitches.

All I'm saying is that a fight with Berchelt would be more interesting to watch based on styles. We all know Linares isn't outboxing the master boxer, but against a rugged strong fighter who will push the fight, that is very interesting.

Also, since this is the 2nd time you mention that Berchelt doesn't want Lomachenko, can you provide a link that he doesn't want to fight him, because if you can't, you need to STFU.

Lomachenko's team has sent offers to all the champions at 130. No answer yet...

I've searched on the internet and found nothing of offers made or offers rejected. Only thing I SEEN was Berchelt calling Lomachenko out.

Beltran's a much, much bigger puncher (and more dangerous) than Berchelt.

It will be no doubt for some kind of belt, otherwise Loma wouldn't move up. So WBA or WBO.

What strong aggressive fighters did you have in mind for Loma? I don’t think Linares or Beltran are bad options. If they are willing to step up and face Loma that’s admirable....there aren’t many other boxers knocking down Loma’s door to give him that work at this point.

It doesn’t seem like Miguel wants the fight with Loma. But I would love to see it myself

Unfortunately he wouldn’t get much credit even if Miguel did take the fight with Loma. He’s just not viewed as a threat. He’s a pressure fighter but hasn’t shown he has the ability to really test Loma. Against Takashi Miura, Miguel fought a very tactical fight which was very surprising because the foundation of his style is more of a pressure fighter.

It’s difficult to unify when there’s champions who are reluctant to fight a guy who poses a lot of risk without the kind of financial gain that is worth losing their title or undefeated record. So fighters like Crawford and Loma are forced to move up. Bud was lucky he unified at 140....the other champions at 135 were not as willing to challenge Crawford because of the risk value. Loma at 130 is faced with the same dilemma

Why is nobody talking about Beltran? Beltran is pretty dangerous too. He went 12 with Crawford who probably was maybe a little green at the time, but still, managed to fight impressively. Since then, he went on a KO spree. He's a dangerous fight because of the weight and the size. He's a big dude at lightweight.

He's probably a good fight for Lomachenko though because Beltran does have skills, but he's not real mobile, so a mobile fighter should be able to beat him, but Loma will have to be more cautious with Beltran that past opponents because Beltran can hurt people with that left hand.

It’s not Loma or Bob who are reluctant to make the fight. Mikey initially talked about the Loma fight at 135 after he faces Lipinets....but after the Rigo fight he stopped calling out Loma and immediately began lining up Linares instead. Bob and Loma said they want the fight. Arum even said he try to make the fight happen with the caveat that both sides had to be willing to negotiate the purse because Mikey and Loma expect to get paid a certain amount

All promoters like in-house fights. But Linares is already in talks to fight Mikey. So of course Beltran will be the likely foe to welcome Loma to 135
