He moved up. At 135 Crawford couldn’t get the other champions to fight him to unify at that division and made the jump. Those champions were more willing to put their belts up at jr welterweight.

Is it really that hard to believe? Why do you think Rigo didn’t unify at 122? He was highly ranked as a p4p fighter since his 6th pro fight and was a title holder for years.

Did anyone call Bud a duck at 135 because he didn’t unify or Rigo a duck at 122 because they moved up? I find it hard to buy into your logic.

And Robert Easter?? You realize he’s a lightweight right? Lol. Loma would have to move up anyway for Easter Chief. Maybe Robert could move down but he’s never been a 130 lb fighter

Crawford was able to make all the fights that mattered. He could have got Lipenits too if he wanted but there was no demand for that fight.

From what ive seem Loma made no efforts to make a fight with Berchelt.

If Berchelt is ducking , then show me links of offers that were made to him?

He never faced Vazquez, Abril, or Broner. There were definitely fights at 135 for Crawford that were meaningful but those guys weren’t willing to fight.

Loma has called out all the Champions at 130. Not sure what you are referencing. The only one he hasn’t called out was Ogawa....but he hasn’t mentioned Loma either.

I didn’t say he Miguel was ducking Vasyl....I just said he’s not making any efforts to secure the fight after the Rigo fight. I think Berchelt is good with Loma moving up and out of the division to be honest.

Do you honestly think Loma is ducking Berchelt?

I'm not insinuating anything. You're making up your own conclusions. You're clearly a bias Lomachenko fan. The very fact that you made a statement claiming Berchelt is ducking Lomachenko based on Berchelt NOT actively calling Lomachenko out right now puts your credibility into question. You don't even consider that Berchelt was rejected by team Loma, and that he is currently in camp focused and preparing for his fight with Magali.

How convenient. This is probably my last response to you. You seem to have a clear agenda here, and no amount of reason will persuade you to use logic. A month ago Loma had just fought Rigo, an opponent they chose over Berchelt. Berchelt decided to fight fellow countryman and start Christian Mijares since Lomachenko preferred to fight Rigondeaux.

Now you're suggesting Berchelt doesn't want to fight Lomachenko, your reason because a montn ago (WHILE BERCHELT WAS IN CAMP FOR MIJARES) Team Loma sent these mysterious offers which by the way are no evidence of to Berchelt... while he was in camp, training for Mijares... Yeah.. OK buddy, makes loads of sense...lol

I've seen many fighters call Lomachenko out. Amongst those fighters have been Salido, Berchelt, Rigondeaux, Russell. Not sure where you been hiding. You are creating this false narrative and it's rather pathetic to be honest.

Salido is Loma's daddy. I'm sorry that's disappointing to you. This was a past prime, battle worn Salido who kicked Loma's ass. I can only imagine what a prime, strong, relentless, fresher Salido would have done. Damn Salido was a badass.

Of course he isn't. To suggest so would be completely ridiculous, almost as ridiculous as someone claiming Berchelt is avoiding him.

Berchelt was calling out Lomachenko and he stated that he is the true #1 SFW. If Lomachenko does in fact move up to LW, it will be clear he is not interested in supremacy at SFW. One has to wonder his motive for not trying to unify and claim supremacy. Its all speculation though. On one hand one can suggest that Loma is looking for bigger money fights by moving up in weight divisions, on the other hand one can suggest that perhaps he's content capturing titles and moving up without truly proving he is the best, especially when you know he had a hard time with the last Mexican pressure fighter who was past prime btw. Berchelt imo is probably a harder task than Linares or Beltran. Just offering two perspectives, don't get your feelings hurt.

Berchelt's fan base is Mexicans. Mexican fighters are not afraid of taking risks because Mexicans are some of the most loyal fans out there. Canelo, Morales, Marquez, Barrera, Vargas, and many many Mexican fighters kept there fans in the good and in the bad. So I don't buy what you're trying to sell here. On the contrary, Mexicans expect there fighters to fight the best and not baby sit belts. Mexicans are some of the most hardcore fans, don't you forget that.

When you fabricate that Berchelt wants nothing to do with Lomachenko, you are being disingenuous and agenda driven and your credibility really comes into question.

As far as I know, Berchelt called out Lomachenko, pumped his chest with his fist and stated he was the #1 SFW. Lomachenko decided to fight Rigo instead, not hating on that, but for you to suggest Berchelt is avoiding Loma is utterly ridiculous.

All you've done is excused, apologized, and even fabricated stories to fit your agenda as to why Loma doesn't seem to eager to unify.

I'm not knocking on Loma for moving up, there may be more money at LW and SLW, but don't come with this BS about how a fighter is ducking this fighter, all based from your sick wet dreams.

I never said Loma is ducking but you implied that Berchelt didn't want the fight. Answer me this.. Did Loma attempt to make a fight with Berchelt?

That guy is a joke. He's so defensive about Loma, and he makes up these narratives to fit his agenda. I don't know him very well as a poster, but based on my last interaction with him, I don't think he's worth getting to know.

Berchelt wants to fight him. Berchelt is the man at 126.

You’re not insinuating anything? You literally said that “they were keeping Loma from pressure fighters” and went on to name Berchelt in a later post. You’re funny kid. I’m not biased at all. I’m a fan of Loma but I’m a fan of many fighters. I just keep things in perspective champ. Something you have a hard time doing. Just like I am good with Crawford or Loma being p4p #1 or FOTY based on their performances and resumes.

If Rigo wasn’t the fighter everyone begged Loma to take, Miguel would have gotten the fight....but the demand wasn’t as overwhelming for Berchelt. Now that Rigo is out of the way and Miguel was left without a fight after Mijares pulled out, Miguel could have called for the Loma fight. He didn’t. He went for Magali? Lol.

You’re silly with this. Offers don’t need to go out for fighters to call out other fighters. Loma and Miguel said they’d be willing to fight one another. After the Rigo fight Loma said he wanted Davis, Berchelt and Machado to which NO ONE responded except for Tank who said he wasn’t going to fight Loma.

A lot of people called out Loma and the serious ones faced Loma...Like Salido, like Gary Russell like Walters. The ones who weren’t serious just were talking. Of course you have an excuse as to how Loma is somehow avoiding those guys but your logic to back that up is flawed Chief. That’s an understatement.

Salido is Loma’s “daddy”. Lol...Seriously? You’re a major cornball kid. Salido beat Loma but is he really his “daddy”? You get way too into your feelings over this stuff. The fact is Loma lost and tried to secure the rematch. Loma’s “daddy” rejected a $720K offer to face his son in a rematch. Lol. Again.....Loma can’t make grown men fight if it’s not in their heart....even if it’s his “daddy”. Lol. Salido is or was a badass. Can’t take anything away from what he accomplished but he could have given Loma a rematch but he decided it wasn’t in his best interest. Maybe he was protecting his son?

You can speculate anything. But the fact is, Loma is considered the best at 130 and p4p in the world. Miguel is a good fighter but if we are honest.....no one believes he’s the guy to beat Loma..that’s why people are mentioning names like Garcia and Crawford for Loma. Berchelt is a very good boxer and one of the best at 130, but while Loma is in the division, Miguel is a distant 2nd.

It’s a difficult thing to unify when a fighter is as good as Loma or Crawford. The title holders just aren’t motivated to put up their straps knowing the most likely outcome is that they’ll leave the ring without them and for 6 figure paydays. It’s not hard to understand. This isn’t anything new to Boxing. It’s happened to a lot of special fighters who moved up in weight to face bigger challenges who were actually willing to challenge these guys.

Mexican fighters are not afraid of taking risks because Mexicans are some of the most loyal fans out there.“ WTF? Lol. You alright kid? What does a loyal fan base have to do with Berchelt not seeking out Loma for a unification fight and instead choosing Magali? Mexican fans are great....no denying that but just because they are loyal doesn’t mean they dictate a fighters choice in opponents. Don’t worry...I won’t forget how “hardcore” Mexican fans are now that you mentioned it. Lol. Relax kid. You’re gonna give yourself a heart attack

Look...If Berchelt wants the Loma fight then so be it. I’m good with that but when you saw how Rigo went after the Loma fight and compare that to how Miguel has went after Loma.....there’s a delta separating their actions. If you choose to believe Miguel really wants to fight Loma, that’s cool. I just don’t see it and I know Loma isn’t ducking a “young, strong pressure fighter” at 130. He’s made it clear he’s willing to fight all of the title holders and has been pounding that drum since entering the division.

I honestly don’t have an agenda kid....I’m just having a discussion and offering some color to the situation at 130. It’s really not that serious to me. I just want to see great fights and know it’s not always realistic that unifying a divison is possible for the reasons I’ve noted. You seem to believe Loma is ducking the champions which is hilarious to me....that’s why you come off silly to me. You have an agenda to paint Loma in a picture that is makes it seem he’s attempting to bypass all the boxers who can beat him? Lol.

You are making a lot of claims Chief...So tell me....what stories did I fabricate? This should be interesting. Lol. Also....my excuses? What were those again?

I never said any fighters were ducking Loma kid....calm yourself. I just said the title holders at 130 weren’t actively looking to put up their titles or undefeated records to fight Loma for money that they didn’t deem worth the risk. Obviously these guys have better options...Like Magali for instance. Lol.

I figure you won’t respond based on what you said earlier but I wish you well kid. If I can give you any advice it would be just to chill out a bit. Don’t take this so seriously...the “wet dreams” line was very emotionally driven....and lame. Lol be easy

I didn’t imply Miguel didn’t want the fight....I don’t think he does at all. Not when he has better options like Magali. Loma said and has said he wants ALL the titles at 130 but none of the other title holders have went about making the fight with Loma the way a truly serious fighter would. Rigo....he was serious. He went after Loma and made it clear he wanted the fight and he got it. Berchelt....Machado...Davis and Ogawa...none of them are serious about proving they earnestly want that fight.

Are you really that upset? Lol. Relax kid. Even though you allow your emotions to dictate the things you end up posting...I’m holding that against you. It’s silly to me but You’re not the worst I’ve seen. I’m not the kind of guy who “defriends” or block people on social media because they get a little temperamental and start name calling. Some people just aren’t capable of leaving emotions out of exchanges. It’s funny to me.

No. Not all all. He’s only called him out. Just like he called out Davis and Machado. Just like Berchelt called out the winner of Loma/Rigo but instead took the Mijares fight which fell through and instead of calling out Loma, he went for Magali.
