can't blame ggg.the money fights are at the lower weights and he can still unify his division. loma is lucky in his present situation and he is just really near complete packaged fighter. if only he is bigger.

Someone pointed out, Loma fought at 132 in the amateurs. This isn't a big leap for him.

    Good points.

I hope you're right in what you think will happen.

I can understand the frustration, but he's not getting the fights due to circumstances.

If Canelo hadn't have backed out, he'd now be preparing his camp for a September showdown.

The Ward fight was never really viable for various reasons. But yes, it could still happen in the future.

I too believe we will see GG in great fights before he retires.

Lomachenko moved down because the featherweight division was eliminated from amateur boxing, also middleweight limit in professional boxing is 70 kg (160 lb), in amateur is 75 (165 lb), so GGG also moved down.

Not many actually hate GGG, its just banter with his delusional fan's and you have instigated a bit of it tbh.

You guys are caped crusaders defending him to the death.

Sanchez and Loeffler talk a lot of bs and you fan boys eat it up like some brain washed fanatics treating it like gospel.

GGG can do no wrong, but anyone who challenges him is a coward bs

You're talking to the wrong person.

I'm neither a hater or a fan boy.

You seem to defend him on heaps of threads I have seen?

Its funny these fans can never accept that business is a huge factor in these fights taking place.

Most of the other top guys in GGG's division are at a different stage in their careers to him, so the risks are much greater for them as it could change their careers over the next decade.

GGG is at the stage that he needs the big fights now or he risks them never happening. He needs to make concessions to get these fights and his team isn't willing to budge.

He may end up with a Sven Ottke type legacy when he could have been much greater.

His fans defend him furiously on the no concessions stance but expect other fighters to make concessions for him or they are cowards.

I will defend anyone who I think needs defending.

I tell it how I see it.

I've just defended Wilder on another thread, even though I'm not a fan of his at all.

I always try to be as objective as possible.

I can tell you straight, that I'm not a huge fan of GG's.

Sure I can understand the frustration, but I can appreciate the circumstances and the business side of the sport. I've recently been defending him against biased haters who know nothing about boxing. They can't appreciate circumstances or anything. And they repeatedly contradict themselves.

What concessions are you referring to? If it's 155, I think that was an absolute joke considering the circumstances.

What's not to like about GGG? He wrecks everyone he fights and wins near every minute of every round.

Why is 155 a joke? What are these circumstances that lead it to being a joke?

Reverse the situation why should Canelo fight GGG @ 160?
He's never fought their in his life and he has said his body isn't ready for 160 yet. It still makes 154 easily.

    Team GGG said anyone 154-168?

Deontay Wilder does exactly the same at a higher ko ratio and doesn't get any love from GGG fans?

Wilder hardly gets any love at all?
