Why not just go with 50/50, good money for both.

i can't believe why people are so worked up regarding this. as previously mentioned, this is also business and market forces are at play. if they do not find equilibrium, then the fight is off.

but seriously, do you think these people are so dumb not take this fight. there is too much money and legacy for them to walk away.

Yeah right . . . too much money and legacy . . . you forgot ego, pride and bragging rights which weight more than money and is the main reason negotiation is falling apart. :D

and i cannot believe how most of you cocksuckers here condemn pac. given the personalities involved, arum, dlh, hatton, mayweather senior. arum is out to make a killing without stepping into the ring. dlh wants to recover lost potential income arising from his loss to pac. ricky hatton is out to make the biggest payday in his career.

and most of you are blaming pac and pac alone for this. you stupid sons of bitches. he is the guy who will step into the ring. the one who will face the risk of being, as a lot of pac haters here, raped, killed, ass whoopped, run over, brutalized. and you blame the guy of asking what he thinks is fair for him.

this guy has been exploited and abused, and you blame him for wanting to have more say in his destiny. all you pussies keyboard warriors can rant all you want, but pac is showing one thing most boxers don't have.

and that is smarts outside the ring. if this fight does happen, and after all of this condemnation, disavowal of loyalties **** that have been plastered, you haters and fair weather fans can go hang yourselves. self righteous bitches.

For the past couple of weeks Chert has been indulging in the internet equivalent of standing with his fingers in his ears going 'lalalalalalalalala'....

not nessarcarily, i still think this fight will happen in the future, if hatton were to beat jmm descively, it wouldn't look so good for pac and people will start saying maybe pac got cold feet against hatton, and maybe force a fight.

i'm really disapointed about the fight falling through but a tiny but of me is pleased that he ****ed pac off after all the messing around. especially after reading that foreigner comment.

The JMM-Pac rematch fight did better than either of Pac's fights with MAB or Morales......because Mexican boxing fans know a great matchup between two bonafide P4P'ers fighting at the top of their game........

.......they knew JMM was "THE MEXICAN" to beat Pac.

It was a Latino buy market my friend, and they all knew of JMM's caliber.

.......should'nt have Pac become even more popular after the JMM rematch?
While Pac's fight with JMM sold about 500K......his next fight with David Diaz sold well under 200K......which goes to show that JMM=300K more buys!
......dont insult this forum that it was solely Pac who was responsible for the PPV buys.......Pac's next fight with David Diaz is proof that was'nt the case.

Not to mention that if JMM were to fight and beat Hatton first......JMM would be in line to demand financial parity with Pac in a future matchup.
JMM beating Hatton first is not good news for Manny Pacquiao.

Arum was out to do the same to Pac and JMM back right after they first fought and a rematch was immediately being talked about?
JMM made a rightful stand against Arum (not Pac)......questioning the amount of money that would be in the pot for a fight of that magnitude at the time.
Back then Arum would have made a killing in comparison to what the fighters would have gotten paid........

For you post to have some validity, how do you feel about the situation where JMM demanded more than a 100K payhike to rematch Pac right after they first fought?

Or are you one of those blind Pac faithfuls who blame JMM for making a stand against Bob Arum back then?

Is it a different standard with you when it relates to Pac?

I agree with you about the type of scoundrel Bob Arum is......but in this case Hatton brings an equal amount of PPV's in the UK that the US market will sell.......in this case 50/50 is benefitting Pac, as he is getting the 50% of the UK market he would otherwise not be previleged to against any other fighter out there.

it looks like pac has until 6.00pm manilla time (in 35 minutes from now) to sign and fax it, so you never know.
