    I'm a computer programmer, meaning I sit from 9am to 6pm. Right after work, I attend to the boxing classes. My body is never prepared for what's coming because I've been so sedentary for the whole day.

    How do you prepare your body after a long day at the office?

    Have a decent warm up before you go to the gym or maybe run at lunch time?

    @red boy

    I never thought of running on lunch before. Yeah, that's a nice idea. I have 1:30pm lunches, so it's perfect. However, will it be impairing for the training later in the day?
    I'm also guessing it's better to eat after the jog right? What kind of food?

    @MrSmall

    I already do a lot of stretching throughout the day. It helps, but it's not enough.

    @Olympicdettori

    Frankly, I don't get the Positive Ions-Negative Ions thing.

    1. Better warmup.

    2. Caffeine an hour before your workout (over 300mg, not just a soda or something)

    i was in the exact same situation, drinkin water regularly throughout the day and not having the million cups of tea and coffee that seems to come as a requirement with office work, think about what your eating at lunch ect

    personally once id done that, having sat still all day i was more than ready to go straight to the gym or box!
