Probably some kind of one strap defence holder of a lesser title or belt. I can't really see picking Wlad which has come up a few times who had his flaws but was still more proven than many champions.

And yet, one of them (Wlad) engenders polite rebuke, while the other (Wilder) gets regularly caned.

I suppose there's good reason for that, too.


Wilder doesn't pop up on my radar for this automatically because, in terms of Championship Level, he could be perceived as an Also-Ran. That said – yeah – I barely remember most of his run.

I'll add Evander Holyfield, I think he has a really tarnished legacy, used to love the guy, heart of a lion, tough as nails and fan friendly style.
But fought on way too long, had like 10 kids out of wedlock, and the steroids and other performance enhancing drugs.

Dip**** he was champ at Cruiserweight 1986-1988, then twice reigned at heavyweight 90-92, then again from 97-99.

 

First off, you need to calm yourself down.

Second of all, Holyfield's longest title reign was five defenses, hardly a long reigning champ.
