I have noticed that TWO HW greats - Holyfield and Holmes - have longer KO streaks than most big punchers ever had. Holyfield had 13 consecutive KOs in 1986-1990 against very good list of opponents CW champions Parkey, Ocasio, Qawi, De Leon HW champions Thomas, Dokes, Douglas Larry Holmes had his KO run, too. Since defeating Norton he scored 8 KOs/TKOs in a row. That list included former of future champions - Ocasio (CW), Weaver, Ali I think both are great accomplishments considering both Holyfield and Holmes were never viewed as a particularly hard hitters.
