Does anyone know what the longest confirmed-reported fight ever under any ruleset was? even bareknuckle? :huh It would help to know round-times and such. I really wonder how long two guys could punch each other.

''Bowen died in 1894 of injuries sustained during a bout with George "Kid" Lavigne (the "Saginaw Kid") at New Orleans, LA, USA. '' I'm not suprised after the ammount of punishment he must have recieved over 110 rounds. He also lost a 48 round fight

Oh, I'd like to add that Wladimir Klitschko VS Sultan Ibragimov was the longest modern fight on record...
Man, even if I was a professional athlete and you asked me only to stand in one place by myself for 110 rounds, I think I'd be out of it just from that. That would be a long-ass day. To do it trading punches is something I really can't even comprehend.
If the other guy still wanted to keep going after 6 hours Id let the bugger have it. Stealing is an easier living lol
110 rounds over the period of time?? 7 hours and 15 minutes?? A SINGLE round in 1854 Australia, lasted 2 hours. In total, 17 rounds.. lasting 6 hours and 45 minutes.. Both fighters later died.. "Bell's Life" published the account of the fight. It's important to add some additional information.. please add.
