Lonsdale Belt on eBay

the actual belts are only about a couple grand value


if it has been won inthe ring by a certain fighter that makes the value

 

lets say tyson put his actual WBC belt on sale then youd see wassup

 

the newer Lonsdale Belts of the last 30 , 40 years or so aren't worth ****, it depends on who held it though too improve the value. One sold a few years ago on Ebay for about 5K, so it is defo over priced, older ones no, but newer ones aren't worth it.

I informed a serious collector of the one a few years ago and he wasn't even interested at all, just watch & see what it goes for!

If that's the case he needs to have a word with whoever's auctioning it for him. It looks dodgy and that is probably putting off a lot of potential buyers.

 

With the type of things he's selling, you'd think he found it in a box of stuff from a car boot sale.

 

Sure I remember hearing that the belts cost £6k

Might be an insurance figure though
