    Thank god. I was about to pipe in that despite all this great training and diet guys can't even go 12 hard rounds anymore.

    Fair enough point about the entirety of their careers as opposed to just the 80's output, but I think I'd still go with either Kalambay or Nunn. By some distance.

    But if you haven't seen Roman, you're in for treat. Watch his fights with Montero and Uchida. The guy was a poet with a mean streak, he was terrific.

    Which win, split decision over Barkley? Decisioning the much smaller Starling? Beating Tate or stopping Kalambay in the 1st?

    The 80s is one of the eras in boxing history. This gave us ultimate champions and give new life to boxing which is now going to a dark place.
