I like Guererro, hes tough and is under-rated, but he definitely is au-fait with the darker arts of boxing

Accidental head clash. Then post fight after the cut man was no longer pushing the blood away from the lower forehead, the pooled blood entered the eye area causing the eye area to swell.

 

I hate to say it, but this...this...what ever it is, is right!

 

No punches caused his eye to swell like that. I'm looking at him right after the fight right now. I paused it and you can see that he barely has a bruise there. His eye underneath wasn't swollen at all.

You can see how the swelling creeped into the part over his eye. The fluid/blood whatever from the butt came down from the head and into his eye over top and underneath. He did get hit on the part of the head where he was butted and that caused more swelling which eventually has to come down.

 

Damn that looks bad but it will heal.

 

Love Maidana to death , but I have always said Thurman will be the first man to stop Chino .

 

But , It was a headbutt that initially caused that swelling .
