Hell no! The **** talking would of been great, but I hope fans actually do boycott something like this. It's very sad I think he's the p4p best, but no organization should let him fight on. No reason to and the fans praying for him to hang them up. The people around him have to let him know it's over because this man shouldn't be fighting no more.

 

i think we forget sometimes that these guys have bills to pay and want money as well- we think theyre fighting on for some pride and glory legacy thing- and there is some of that too- but really - honestly in his heart roy knows he cant beat david- but just wants another million bucks before getting out of here for good. he sees it as 36 minutes of running about- getting hit in the face- what he s done his whole life- for a cool couple of million that will keep him in the lifestyle , allow him to update his bentleys to the 2011 model, etc.

because thats the ONLY reason i would do this if I was Roy, he is about to get royally ****ed up if he fights Haye- hes basically selling his brain and years off his life for a few bucks- and begging for it thru the media. its sad that fighters need to do this once their career is slowing down, beg , hype, and scream for work. Nba players can sit on a bench and play 10 minutes a night- and noone yells at them to retire, but of course a fighters life is different- wish there was a way these guys could let it go- the money and the glory - and walk away- the damage done in fighters that have brain damage- is always in the last few fights- not the first few. Roy is going to end up like all the old punch drunk fighters , in like 10 years- his face is already showing the effects of a body beaten, battered kidneys and livers and organs result in a less vibrant face, more premature wrinkles, yelllowish eyes, dull look on the face etc. ive seen it in long time but recovered addicts or old trainers. when the damage is done- its done. roy is done- beaten to a pulp, time and time over- admitted he should retire, but he s forgotten already. mustve.
