Look, we are now Bashing Manny for choosing to fight for Money and not for his puristic quest for greatest anymore.. Fighting Mosley instead of BERTO or MARQUEZ appears to be an abomination for most of us..

BUT, dont' we think PACman is in fact doing US a favor by Fighting Sugar Shane Mosely. Mosely has been hanging around for quite sometime now and after that fight with Ricardo Mayorga, I seriously thought that he's on a decline-- even if we include that fight against MARGarito.

Personally, that fight with MORA should be his last--he was a beast at his prime but he simply doesnt have it anymore. Fighters know first if it's time to hang their gloves --- it's just that they are the last ones who could accept the fact.

I just hope PACQUIAO could at least do us a favor this time and force SHANE to accept that fact.. That his old enough for the sport.. That his time is up and it's time for the young GUNS to take the throne.. Oscar knows that fact after that fateful night with PACQUIAO.. soon Mosley will have his share of enlightenment come MAY 2011.. :rasta

I dont want to see SSM retirement ****ed up by a brutal beat down by Pac. Pac will win easily, almost certainly a shut out, but he'll ease of ala Margarito and spare SSM his first stoppage.

Its a shame he's fighting SSM but if FMJ keeps pussying out/getting arrested then who else can he fight?

How is Mosley a Bigger challenge than BERTO and MARQUEZ?

    MARQUEZ
Two controversial fights with MAQUEZ + fight to be made at 140 = there's the challenge

    BERTO
If not now, When is this GUY gonna be ready for PACQUIAO? he's the only legit title holder out there.

Nobody can beat Pac at 147 and below. The haters are actually forcing an argument that Pac is ducking somebody above 154. lol

No, he'll need to step on the gas to show he can do it better than Floyd.

Then again, he can probably lay off and make it look like he's fading... maybe that'll get a certain someone to get his urge back.

**** drinker was in his prime when they first fought, manny was drained, and manny is not the same manny from 04/08.....fight made at 140? i see u want **** drinker to drain manny again eh

see if berto can get passed the "b level fighter" killer clottey (he won't), people who beat him are usually the elite group

its either he retired for good and give way to new boxers to rise and have the opportunities to present their goods or he win and retires having the sweetest retirement

The problem with this is there's a possibility Shane can suffer a serious injury that will forever burden him. It's so damn shady of Ariza to point this out before and all of a sudden he has changed his tune now that the fight has been materialized, presumably because he realized he will be getting a nice share of the purse. They wouldn't let Pac fight Malignaggi since they were concerned for Paulie's health. Now of course Shane's health isn't as important only because he his name can sell a good amount of tickets. How nice.

We should be doing Pac a favor by boycotting this fight. Maybe he'll finally begin to realize fights like this is not acceptable. Shane not being retired does not hurt the sport. He can still give a good fight provided that he challenge guys on his level. Certain fighters aren't challenging the best opponent available - that's the big issue!

And before you pick on me for picking on Pac, let it be known that I see JMM doing the same thing - he isn't fighting the best challenger available when he's slated to take on a faded Morales. I'd talk about Floyd but he's basically retired so no point in bringing him into the conversation.

Pac is so great, fighting Mosley is considered to be a disgrace.

Then by that logic Sergio Mora is a certified superstar for making Mosley look so silly as well.

Pacquiao does not have the power to KO Mosley with one clean blow so it will definitely be a slow beatdown.

No fighter deserves that kind of punishment, especially not a HOF like Mosley.
