Oscar lost to Floyd, no question IMO. Mosley 2 was a draw but Trinidad? No. Oscar beat him. I don't see how you could have Oscar not winning 7 of the first 9 rounds.

Fair point but wouldn't the PEDs help offset that? I don't know for sure but it's just odd. I remember an article written challenging Oscar to waive confidentiality on his test results that stirred up controversy. Usually when PED's are discussed on this site the guy in question turned into a boxing monster yet Mosley (and I guess Vargas too) didn't.

If you think he lost to Trinidad, you're high on bath salts. Get help before you eat someone's face.

No way Oscar won at least 7 outta 12 in the Trinidad fight. Championship rounds were all Tito, but Tito got outboxed big time. I'll be honest Tito looked drained or weak for some reason he even landed a cheapshot after the bell rang and you would think he'd at least wobble Oscar, but I was surprised Oscar just shook it off like nothing.

Quartey, Whitaker, and Sturm fights were too close to call. I had Oscar by a point over Ike, that last round knockdown won the fight for him plus that crazy barrage that came after.
Mosley 2 7-5 for Oscar. Mosley had no answer for Oscars jab or left hook, you can hear Mosley sayin to his trainer between rounds he's getting troubled. Mosley came on strong the last 3-4 rounds, but he hadn't done enough. Molina was a tough fight for Oscar, showed how vulnerable he was on the inside.

we can do a round by round if you want me to explain the finer points of scoring a bout.

p.s. they don't include compubox, lederman or lampleys bogus calls of 'big right hand!!!'

    thanks for acknowledging that.

i'll give u that...the quartey, whitaker and sturm fights were close.

as for the dlh/trinidad fight. a lot of oscars flashy punches weren't landing. when i watched that fight...i thought a close fight would go to dlh...especially in vegas...but i had trinidad edging him out. i've watched all of these fights several times and it helped me to understand how hbo...lampley and merchant, can steer ppls opinions of fights. they are really deceptive.

Mosley dominated the first fight and Oscar clearly won the second.

It's all good, he robbed Ike Quartey and Sturm. And Floyd beat him clearly
