do you think he was (especially in his prime) one of the most exciting offensive boxers? would you rate him alongside the legends?

I initially disliked Pacquiao when he was coming up due to the fact that he beat one of my favorite fighters, Marco Antonio Barrera. He is and has been one of my favorite fighters for many years and his resume is probably the best at welterweight since Hearns, Hagler, Duran and Leonard were in the game. A once in a lifetime fighter. Think about who he has fought, lets also not forget that he started at 112 lbs.

    1. Marco Antonio Barrera
    2. Juan Manuel Márquez
    3. Érik Morales
    4. Oscar De La Hoya
    5. Ricky Hatton
    6. Miguel Cotto
    7. Joshua Clottey
    8. Antonio Margarito
    9. Shane Mosley
    10. Timothy Bradley
    11. Floyd Mayweather Jr.
    12. Adrien Broner

After all this, he is set to enter the ring with the 30 year old WBA welterweight champion Keith Thurman.

He's an All Time Great. His accomplishments stack up against the very best. Also, the most exciting fighter of this century so far.

Not to mention his career in Politics.
From total slum dog to Congressman to Senator while all the way being a true humanitarian.
    Japanese loves him here.

    Pacquiao is the GOAT.

Who else fights 2 divisions up from his ideal weight class for close to a decade and is still able to dominate?

Who else is always the smaller man, but has guys boxing or running to survive (Rios, Vargas, Moseley, Clottey, Mayweather) after promising war and threatening to end his career?

Who else gets violently KO'd at the twilight of his career and fights on for almost a decade longer and dominates Bradley pitches shut outs against Algieri, Rios, Vargas, Matthysse, and Broner?

Who else willingly fights the guy with the worst possible styles match up for him 4X of which 2X the guy was on the Weapon-Mex Program (most sophisticated doping program in boxing history)?

Who else is the smaller man, but his opponents feel they still need to cheat? Marquez, Rios, Mayweather...
