Wlad & Vitali are brothers but stylistically..It's incredible how careless Vitali is. (i'm talking about his defense here)...Almost as careless as Amir Khan only difference is that Vitali has the chin to compensate & more punching power.

Wlad may be boring but his defense is almost flawless.

I think Vitali's style (prime or not) hasn't change that much , he's only gotten older & slower. I'd still be curious to see what he'd be able to do against guys like Povetkin , Haye or Abdusalamov (who also has Ko power)..

I hope he'll fight one of these guys before he retires.

But also remember that version of Lewis was a ****, past prime, un motivated, fat, semi retired, 350 days inactive, ring rusted, under trained, huffing and puffing, old man, slow, languid, sluggish, semi shot, and half foot out the door version of Lennox Lewis.

If Vitali left himself open like that against a Prime Lewis, he dies

I think Wlad gets stopped earlier because he's really not better as a total package.

  4. Which versions are you talking about?

You talking Prime Wlad against the semi retired shot Lennox?

    Or Prime for Prime

    Or 2003 vs 2003

Prime Wlad beat that version of Lewis

2003 Wlad will get brutally knocked out against a 2003 Lewis

Prime Lewis vs Prime Wlad is a totally different fight from the first two as well

Wlad would have been KO'd by Lewis. He lacks his bros iron jaw.

Vitali is more versatile than Wlad.
If Vitali wanted, he could do the whole jab and grab thing too, and never get hit either. But, Vitali likes to slip and counter. He has more of a fighters spirit.

I doubt it...If Rahman could do it...And if Mavrovic could easily take all his best shots...I don't see why Vitali would automatically get massacred. (although Mavrovic may hav had one of the best chin in hw history)..

To be honest i'm not really concerned about Lennox' flaws in this fight...Just about Vitali's terrible defense.. (especially when compared to his brother). I don't think i'm exaggerating here but it's basically on par with Amir Khan's.

Khan is a good fighter but his defense is atrocious. What saved Vitali in almost all his fights was his chin and unusual style & ko power...But i think Wlad (as boring as he is ) is way more technical.

  8. Rahman got knocked the **** out dude.

Mavoric was beaten into a cancer coma and now have Aids...

Vitali would not have gotten knocked out, I said he dies.

By massive blood lost and punishment against a Prime Lewis.

Wlad is much better then Vitali

    Wladimir is an ATG

Vitali is the guy who's gonna be tko9 by Manuel Charr

    Vitali Klitschko vs Lennox Lewis

    THE FACTS

Vitali took the fight on just 10 days notice.

Vitali was clearly winning the fight 4-2 on all 3 scorecards at the time of the controversial bull**** doctor stoppage. Lewis barely survived the 2nd round and almost got KO'd, he was out on his feet, badly hurt, holding on for dear life, wobbling everywhere and staggering around the ring like a drunk. Lewis was badly hurt several times in the fight and was getting outslugged, outworked, outmuscled, outclassed, outlanded and outboxed by Vitali.

    punches landed

    Vitali 156

    Lewis 102

Vitali outlanded Lewis in every round.

Lewis was exhausted, worn down and hurt from the accumulation of punches and was ready to get KTFO again, he collapsed onto his stool at the end of the 6th round, Vitali was clearly the fresher of the two, he would've KO'd Lewis for sure if the fight had continued.

After the fight, Vitali intimidated the **** out of Lewis and made him look like a *****. The whole crowd cheered for Vitali and booed Lewis.

    Lewis promised Vitali a rematch.

Vitali destroyed Kirk Johnson in 2 rounds and called out Lewis again in the post fight interview. The gutless coward Lewis retired shortly after that fight.

Lewis turned down 40 million dollars for a rematch and retired like a coward because he knew he would get destroyed by Vitali.

Vitali dominated Lewis and scared his ***** ass into retirement.

George Foreman: "Vitali was winning the fight. Lewis got lucky. There has to be a rematch!"

Jim Lampley: "A lucky escape for Lewis who was clearly losing the fight"

Even Emanuel Steward was upset and pissed off at Lewis for blatantly ducking a Vitali rematch.

Lewis is scared to death of Vitali.

Everyone knows it was a controversial bull**** doctor stoppage.

Vitali got robbed. The corrupt doctor and ref were on Lennox's payroll.

    It should've been a TD6 for Vitali.

    Official Scorecards

    Pat Russell: Vitali 58-56

    James Jen-Kin: Vitali 58-56

    Tom Kaczmarek: Vitali 58-56

    Sky Sports: Vitali 58-56

    HBO: Vitali 58-56

    Lennox's mom: Vitali 58-56

I think it will be close Prime vs Prime. I will give the edge to Lewis 55/45 and here is why i think it will be close.

    1) It is very difficult to hit Wlad, his style (boring as it is) makes him into a shell and he only opens up for a split second when he unloades a few jabs and pottentional right straights
    2) Lennox will not be able to take Wlads full out power punch, just like Wlad will not be able to take Lennox's power punch (i think this is a fair statement).

Only people who beat Wlad (except Cory Sanders) had to take a lot of punshiment from Wlad first. I am not saying Lennox is in the same boat as the rest of them but Wlad will play it carefuly and so will Lewis and the first one to miss a step will likely get KTFO.

Anyways that's my analysis if the two primes ever met.

Vitali wasn't even in his prime yet.

Lewis was still in his prime at 37. He was coming of the win over Tyson. In the post fight interview Lewis said "I'm like fine wine, I get better with age"

Before the Vitali fight, Lewis said "I'm at the peak of my powers, I will keep fighting for many more years"

Vitali whooped his ass, dominated him and scared him into retirement.

Vitali and Wladimir have both easily surpassed Lewis.

    Couldn't have said it better.
Vitali already got rocked in round 6.
But there would be a possibility Lewis would lose because he is a bit incosistent.

But I think you are overrating Wlad over Vitali

Maybe you've only seen the rematch. I'm talking about Rahman vs Lennox part 1

Also , i'm only talking about Mavoric's fight vs Lennox. I don't care about his personal life. And as far as his fight is concerned...He ate flush , full power Lennox punches without any problems. (even stranger...he wasn't cut even though Lennox punched the **** out of him)
