The whole reason he had a 3 week camp is because he refuses to train until just before a fight

It's all his fault really. He would have spent the majority of covid doing nothing productive while the likes of Wilder, Usyk and AJ would have been staying in shape.

He should stop waiting for a fight to be confirmed to train and train regularly, but he doesn't.

**** even Wladmir spars and works out despite being retired.

He's been seen getting drunk many times, he does himself no favours, and I think his lifestyle flaws are basically catching up on him, and he literally might be past his best.

He is not dedicated at all to training.

Tyson Fury showed and proved that there are no "pillow fists" in that fight.
    That's enough.

Fury wasn’t impressive because he wasn’t motivated.
Wilder was at his best, still limited, but showed heart.
    It isn’t difficult to breakdown.
    Next.

Then you've got AJ - who is 100% devoted to his training but fails to adapt when a fight isn't going his way.

To me - it speaks to their comfort in the ring. For Fury it looks like the most comfortable and relaxed place in the world where he can shut out his mental health and family dramas. For AJ it's a risky environment and he's always 100% focussed on the task at hand - but we all know nobody can stay 100% zoned in for 45 minutes while competing athletically at the highest level. A way I think of it is that Fury is relaxed and constantly evaluating risk and taking shortcuts where he can. AJ is all concentration and exertion, and often fades in and out of fights against top tier opponents as he can't maintain that over an entite bout.

Ali almost lost to Henry Cooper and needed to pretty much cheat by "having his gloves tear" to recover lol
