And appreciate that right hand for it was. He left people splattered on the mat with one punch, lights completely switched off! Left them in heaps! Before we bonepick his resume. I believe myself, that he would have KO'd alot of decent heavyweights in history. He also wouldn't have been knocked out by as many as you think! H2H Wilder is a fighter worth thinking about in the top 15-25 range, it would take a top draw jaw to withstand that power. He would have been a champ in most eras. Think about it, reel of some of the top names from the 40s and ask yourself would they withstand that right hand, would they be able to stop him? Heavyweight boxing is usually about that.

Massive power, speed, length and toughness (physical and mental) is a very difficult combination to beat. The only HW champions who I'd be very confident in beating Wilder at least 2/3 times are Fury, Usyk and Vitali. The vast majority would get iced more often than not.

People do not think about that, do you know how hard it is to beat someone 3 times in a row? Fury should receive more credit for that than he does. No matter how dumb Wilder is, it's just hard to beat someone 3 times in a row like Fury did

Fury did NOT beat Wilder three times. He beat him twice.

Wilder dropped Fury twice and successfully defended his WBC title against Fury in their first fight.

Wilder made two more successful defenses of the WBC title after that and then lost his title to Fury in their second fight.

If they fight again and Fury wins again, THEN Fury will have three wins over Wilder.

Accept it. That is what happened.

Lewis didn't beat Holyfield twice. Their first fight was a draw. Golota didn't beat Byrd to win the IBF title. It was a draw. James Toney didn't beat Rahman for the WBC title. It was a draw. Jim Johnson didn't beat Jack Johnson to become the second black Heavyweight champion. It was a draw. Philadelphia Jack O'Brien didn't beat Tommy Burns to become heavyweight champion. It was a draw.

In their first fight, Wilder floored Fury twice and successfully defended his WBC title with a draw.

It was a great series. Respect the results.

If this is a Wilder praise thread than recognize the FACT he successfully defended his title against Fury in their first fight ... BECAUSE he DID ... and don't pretend he didn't because you didn't see it that way.

You listed 3 very good boxers which implies you think he’s susceptible to being outboxed, so you should at the very least add Holmes, Ali, and probably Lewis to your list. Just off the top of my head I would add Mercer, Liston, Holyfield, Tyson and probably even Oliver McCall because each has your listed attributes but are better boxers. The list could be quite large though.

That said, as one of the most powerful punchers of all time, Wilder would have a chance against anyone and he’s better than many gave him credit for.

Wilder would be a champ in many era's lol. Name a top 3 fighter in this era he's beaten? Never fought Wlad, Povetkin, Joshua, Usyk, and lost to Fury lol. This is total fantasy and myth building, guy got his butt beat bad last week. Second time in a row to a guy he labeled Pillow Fists. Real talk.

Load of bollocks, nothing Wilder has done to warrant any sort of compliment besides knock out bum after bum.

You believe GGG and Canelo 1 was a draw? Whitaker vs Chavez too?
