Really? Your comparing groves and degale, to a prime Muhammad Ali? This place really has become a shambles.

    Big call.

I reckon DeGale has a pretty decent chin. He took some big shots of Groves & Wilcezwki (sp) although visibly hurt, he doesn't crumble like Amir Khan or anything.

obviously not, but the level of Bias you obviously have towards Kenny clearly makes your opinion moot.

Nothing against you or him but if he's a good mate of yours i'm not going to take your opinion on a fairly close fight into account :good

but look at his record. half a year out after the debut. has tv exposure on sky in his second fight. then has only 8 fights in 3 years on small hall shows then gets signed by allegedly for the wild fight and the groves fight. so that allegedly has a win win situation. then gets stuck in limbo.

coupled with the hammer incident its just a staggered career.

again good promoters dont equate to good managment.

He was signed to Hatton for the Wild and Groves fights. There must be a reason why a guy who has a very good amateur record and by all accounts is very good has had so few decent fights and has a stalled career.

Yes,probably Groves should vacate the British and let, say,Anderson and Paul Smith contest that one.If James Degale didnt have the euro would say go for that, but i think thats one for a bit further down the line.George looked good this morning, pity about the cut, looks like at least December till his next one.Adam Booth has a dilemma as to next opponent,id say a good American(but not too good) at home and then either Steiglitz or Abraham, both of whom George is more than capable of beating(at home or neutral territory)

    Well said Jeff.

I think Kenny wouldve flattened that Mexican in a couple of rounds.

Just read Dr Mos message. How about that match over here?Sorry about going on about George, forgot this one about Kenny.Happen to think Groves is better, but from a British viewpoint happen to think KA deserves some kind of shot.Hes definitely capable of giving anybody a fight.Degale for the euro?

No offence, why does Anderson want any? He's only going to get knocked out again.

Groves is on a completely different level.

Anderson has fought two or three fighters with winning records...The guys a warrior, but a bum non the less.

he might of been but i swear george was with hayemaker with anderson was with Al Ledge while he was subbed via maree's promo gig.

either way yeah. in interviews he seems a little 'off'. maybe it's a dedication thing i think he was undercut by the biejing lot coupled with setanta closing.

and for a big puncher he isnt THAT exciting. paced foreward motion that isnt electric just paced and pressured.

I like him and all your post was fair, but that doesn't mean he'll beat Groves. He won't. Groves is a better boxer, and whilst I can understand how frustrating it is for Anderson, it doesn't alter the outcome if they do meet.

Strike, thats your opinion and I have mine. I see Kenny perform against better guys then Groves routinely in sparring. He's got plenty that people haven't had a chance to see yet.

I will be betting heavily on a Groves win by KO/TKO when he finally fights Anderson.

As far I see it, it's a forgone conclusion.

It's a free money contest similar to Haye win by KO against Chisora.

I agree with you Jeff on the point George should vacate if he's no intention fighting Kenny but I think if the the two meet again the same result will happen unless Kenny KO's George early.
