Clottey may be dangerous and he sure as hell isn't a "tune up" fight for anyone at 147lbs. But Cotto will beat him dude he is in a seperate class than Clottey and Cotto would seriously give Clottey a beating on the inside. Dude Cotto's jab would **** Clottey up silly :rofl And Clottey is also a front runner, wait till some of those body shots land - yea I don't see Clottey winning over Cotto.

 

i been had clottey as my fav to take out cotto

hes so strong that he can take the damage fight back with cotto

and hes quick... the upset would not surprise me at all

 

but he fades in every fight after about the sixth round if the fight goes the distance clottey will get whupped bad

 

Good news. Cotto should fight(and beat) the winner of May v Hatton.

 

i feel clottey is greatly overrated, cotto would bust him up.

 

Clottey would do well the first 6 rounds and then get tired and stop fighting the last half of the fight, which is what he always does.

 

And against Cotto, thats asking for an ass kicking.

 

clottey is a good fighter but I've given this some thought and i don't like his chances against cotto. cotto would use his strength to muscle clottey backwards and since clottey is open for body shots..miguel would let them rip in 3's and 4's to either side.

clottey hangs tough but loses a wide decision.

 

I would love to see Cotto destroy Clottey early in 2008 and if Floyd doesn't make a match with him after that I will lose a lot of respect for him. Floyd/Cotto must happen next year, it is the biggest fight in boxing.
