looks like Broner is the next Floyd afterall

    If Broner was as good as he thinks he is, he would have no worries about coming over here to fight

    Yes but you also have to be honest about the position Broner is in, he's on the verge of boxing stardom in America, he's one or two wins from crashing the P4P top 10, HBO are crowning him the new floyd and will be pushing him to high heaven.

    On the other hand you have burns, who is your typical *****, WBO title holder, who's unknown outside of hardcore boxing fans.

    Does the WBO bauble mean enough for Broner to come over here and fight on a ***** show? I think not.

    For Burns on the other hand, going over there, fighting on HBO, and if he can beat broner, suddenly he's in position to become a huge name.

    Do the maths, it's burns who should have to travel, if he really wants it

    Broner doesn't need Ricky burns

    To be fair Broner has fought a higher standard of competition to date than Ricky Burns, so the criticism of ducking is not warranted.

    The anticipation is palpable.... how long does it take to get acclimatised to the UK after a flight from Ghana? This needs to be announced soon.
