Chris would be a very big long shot to get a fight with Pacman.I bet against this fight happening anytime soon.

 

So now Ruslan is the Top Rank version of Berto? Beating him gets you the pot of gold? Good for Algeri, though. Arum is looking to match Pac in a stay busy fight, against a non puncher, with some buzz...if Marquez does not take the bait. Pac could wind up getting outboxed, though. But, chances are Algeri has never been in the ring with speed and awkwardness like that. And Freddy has already coached against Algeri. So, he can train Pac to capitalize on what Ruslan couldn't.

 

It's nothing but the usual cannon fodder name, mention this fight and that one to make it look like Pac is willing to fight anyone regardless of challenge or payday then "settle" on JMM 5.

 

If I were in Algeris team I would be pressuring for unification fights. with his huge but controversial win over Provo he's got a loudspeaker platform to call out from.

with his skills and NOW CERTIFIED IRON CHIN....he would clown Peterson and Vargas.....get titles inside 12 mos and he can call out Pac and May......

no sense taking a loss now when there are winnable fight he can make.

Funny, his name meant squat when he pulled in 475k against Rios :deal

 

The fact he was able to do that much with a joke fight like Rios actually is a testament to how much drawing power he has.

Pac v Bradley II wasn't even that compelling and still did pretty good with no undercard.

Not riding Pac but the guy has good drawing power even after getting KTFO.

Put Mayweather in Pacs shoes and he doesn't sell anywhere near that.
