Looks like Chris Algieri hit the jackpot could fight pacman

As a PAC fan, I have no interest in this fight. With not many fights left for him, I'd like to see him fight real competition.... And people saying this is a true test, I can only imagine if Floyd came out and said he was fighting Algeiri, oh how the tone would change. Floyd gets bashed for beating Canelo, manny gets praised for fighting Marquez and Bradley multiple times, and now Algieri

 

It's more a case of Arum not having an opponent for Pacquiao than Algieri(who's biggest win came at Light Welterweight) hitting the "jackpot".

 

If Rios v. Pac did 450k buys, Pac v. Chris won't break 400K. Wouldn't even stream it unless Gradovich v. Vasyl is the main undercard.

can you imagine if floyd chose to fight algieri lol it'd be a cherry pick, powerless fighter who'd be an easy fight for floyd.
