How the **** has Brancalion got a title shot after being sparked in 1:23 last time out?

 

Although its good to see him going abroad to fight, I wanted to see the fight on the Newcastle bill!

sometimes these rankings really get on my tits. Like Thaxton being awarded a fight for the British title after losing his EBU, then losing to a journeyman.

 

Cleverly should plan on a long night. Braehmer caught Brancalion cold with a 1-2 that he never recovered from. Cleverly just isn't as accurate, or strong. And Antonio himself isn't a KO threat. This seems a move to get some rounds in, and perhaps they're banking on Nathan becoming the second to stop him but I don't see it happening until later.

Anybody want to tell them that he got knocked out in 1 round by Braehmer though? And that he wasn't the European champion and Braehmer was?
