According to an article on Boxing News. Froch, Magee and Smith were always obvious knows.

Steve McGuire is moving to Light Heavy, and hasn't been offered the fight.

Tony Quigley turned the fight down due to bad terms and money. Will fight an eliminator agaisnt Kenny Anderson or move to MW.

Tony Dodson was offered £8,000. Says he would need more more time and more money and wanted to fight McIntosh at Light Heavy.

Paul David turned down the fight due to poor money and a rematch option. Would like the board to nominate DeGale for the title.

Kenny Anderson has not been offered the fight but wants it bad. Says they are ready for the Quigley fight

Patrick Mendy says he is not ready and moving to Middleweight.

Carl Dilks has accepted the fight and would still take but needs to know soon to make the weight. Under the impression DeGales team want Paul David still.

So its looking like Dilks is the favourite which is not a bad fight for DeGale, could probably double it as a British title elimonator and the winner fights Quigley vs Dodson winner for the vacant title before the end of the year. Freezes out Groves and leaves him with no opponent, and gets DeGale the British title by the end of 2010.

I would say so, and i think Degale could be in for a tough night.

Not overly keen on Dilks, but am behind him on this one to be honest.

Dilks is decent and probably just below domestic title level....he should have beaten Adamu if I remember. DeGale will hopefully try to put on a display for us.

Quigly should drop to middle and fight the loser of Macklin vs Barker...

Paul David obviously has no intention of ever fighting anyone it seems...

Anderson vs DeGale in an elim would be great next up....

Dilks should never have lost to adamu.

Should be a good fight against Degale though. Looks like shouting his mouth off on boxrec has worked for him

Quite a few fighters there seem to be saying the money is poor. £8k doesn't sound great to me. They know if they fight DeGale that it would be a main event fight and put him into contention for the British and C'Wealth.

Beating Dilks puts DeGale on par with Groves on paper but not in the rankings because Groves has the belt. Having a belt means people have the opportunity to put themself in position to force a fight. No belt and you can really pick and choose.
