Looks like Fury-Joshua will just be one fight (not two) - Fury-Wilder III first?

No one want to see Fury Wilder 3.. Other than Dubble Cum (aka Marcelos).

Wilder need to get back into line and prove he desearves another shot because on his last performance he doen't

Probably would be better for a Fury-Joshua outcome if Arum, Fury and Joshua were all gathering in Saudi Arabia right now.

I wonder if Arum, Fury and Wilder will have dinner this week?

After all, they don't need to wait for a Saudi oil guy to pay the bill.

Saudi bought the rights to host the first fight only.

Which means if the loser invoques the rematch clause, they will have to find again a place to host.

As I've said repeatedly, I am rooting for Eddie Hearn to pull this off. I like when promoters take big swings. It creates history, like when Don King convinced the president of Zaire to give both Ali and Foreman DOUBLE what everyone else was offering.

And I want to see all the belts unified.

But, there haven't been many Zaire situations. They are giving him time. But time is running out.

Bob has a fallback plan. Hearn really doesn't.

Bob Arum in the Telegraph tonight and reported over at the scene ... that the fight won't happen this summer even if Hearn comes through with the deal.

Fury’s US co-promoter Arum told the Telegraph: “It will take months for the Saudis to do their due diligence on such a huge deal.

“It is not just a site fee, there are ancillary demands from the Saudis stretching into the broadcast deals and other things, it could take months for it all to play out.

“It could even take until 2022 the way it looks right now.

“The fight in July or August is dead in the water as far as we are concerned.

“The two fighters need to go and have other fights this summer while the negotiations for that fight in the Middle East conclude.”

So, does that mean Fury-Wilder III and Joshua-Usyk this summer (which are the two fights that were on the plate before Hearn started all this)?

Or will another heavyweight contender slip in there?

You know what im tired of this ****. Wilder/Fury 3
Lets see Fury beat him sensless again. Since Arum wants to complain like a ****in ***** ass hoe instead of waiting until the summer actually rolls by see if the process actually gets done or not.

It's no use anyway. If Aj beat Fury half this forum will moan about Fury's inactivity and wont give Aj his credit. **** it. Fury/Wilder 3

Apparently, Arum had a call with the arbitrator this week in California to see how it was leaning. Looks like he got word the arbitrator was going to say Wilder's contract was valid (because the pandemic delayed the fight) and Wilder could seek damages if the contract isn't honored. And the potential damages were too big of a hit and not worth the effort.

So ... looks like it is fight Wilder first and Joshua second. That was the original plan. That's usually how it goes when it comes to signed contracts.

Nobody 'really' wanted to fight in Saudi Arabia in August anyway. It's cooler in December.

But, it's the heavyweight division, so who knows what happens. (LOL)
