I don't know what effect it will have but Froch definitely seems rattled. Groves seems a bit over confident though.

 

Thought the head to head at the press conference went Froch's way. He looked to have the presence and stature of a champion who's been there, done it, etc, etc.
On Ringside with Johnny Nelson I was surprised how the tables suddenly turned. Groves definitely seems to have annoyed Froch for whatever reason.

Look at it this way IMO GG goes into the fight & unless he is stopped early he really can't lose £ & reputation intact he can come again will only gain from the big fight experience regardless.

Froch is under pressure because he knows he is expected to win & at his age rebuilding a career unless losing to stellar opposition leaves you in a weak position career wise where would he go?Instant rematch clause apart?

Calling him 'Froch' when asking questions really hit the mark he was at boiling point then!

Haven't seen any of this and don't usually pay attention to it really

But by christ froch is edgy there, either hamming it up for ppv sales or really feels disrespected by a guy who's done nothing yet

I think he's genuinely annoyed fwiw

I also think he will channel it and kick groves arse

sometimes the pre fight behaviour does tell a story, look at hatton v Floyd, hatton went psycho, totally out of character. It was fear and the knowledge his camp hadn't been good enough and he'd lost control of the situation and was under intense pressure.

Doubt froch is putting out distress signals though, groves is annoying because he's a bit of a dope and dresses like a gimp but he is still very smug with it lol. Fair play to him.

Froch genuinely Hates Groves, i can see why Groves comes across abit arrogant and wears **** suits looks loke his mummy has dressed him.
