Wilder is ranked #3 WBC, #6 WBA and #12 IBF without fighting anyone in the top 50! I do not hear one complaint about that! I suspect that the WBC will give Wilder the title without his fight anyone, or perhaps a box-off with Sconiers or Butterbean...............

I think Vitali should fight Wilder in his next fight since the Wilder fans are claiming that he is the best heavyweight in the world, (yet Vlad knocked him down with a jab!) If Klitschkos can't be beaten by their heroes, then just give him a title. Klitschkos had to earn their titles.................

The haters only hope is for the klitschkos to retire. I do not hear them asking Hopkins to retire at 48..................next they will be calling for Vlad to retire, then Pulev, Fury, etc.

I tend to agree with you.

Notice that WBC is turning into a total fraud. Artificial extensions for Vitali's title, ranking high unproven and poorly skilled opponents etc.

I think if Vitali is willing to do just one more fight he almost certainly will face Wilder. Why him? He will be ranked high enough by that time, he is going to have the perfectly padded record of 33-0 (33KO) for example and Vitali will just smash him into pieces in 3 rounds making a spectacular finish to his career.

In the eyes of the common crowd he would have destroyed a true KO monster who is younger, more athletic and of the same calibre while the true boxing fans would know how clumsy Bum squad in fact is...

    He should retire.

Fighting a title fight as a PR boost in a presidential campaign is not the way to go.
It's not like Arnold Schwarzenegger releasing Terminator 3 while running for governor. You can't lose a film.

If old man Vitali goes into a fight with his mind half elsewhere, then gets knocked out, I'm not sure that would help him win an election. Of course, it shouldn't really matter, but voters are fickle.

Of course, he might NEED the money to fund his campaign.

His last fight has to be Stiverne or he wont be a champion.

Anyone that honestly believes that or takes Haye any seriously after the Wladimir fiasco needs to be hanged.

Good sick of him holding the WBC belt for ages, the sooner the Klitschko's go the better IMO

Well Haye has been screaming from the rooftops trying to make a Vitali fight, and apparently Vitali's promotional team has stopped responding to emails and phonecalls. You make your own ****ing guess.

Haye was offered two fights with Vitali and he decided to fight Wlad who he thought was an easier fight then proceeded to run and flop after 3 years of trash talk. How can anyone take this clown serious anymore? How does he have fans after that disgraceful performance? Now he seems to not be able to make it out of training camp. Haye is a fraud.

Yeah yeah, whatever happened in the past, point is he isn't trying to make the fight NOW. Although he was adamant that he was going to KO Haye, and that he would fight him after Haye fought Chisora, he has been as silent as the grave.

Protest all you want, but the biggest fight for any of the K brothers is still David Haye.
