Actually the ref was jumping on Kovalev to save him from further punishment but Kovalev used his last bit of energy to get out of the way so the ref landed on Pascal and stopped him by mistake.

 

Yea, shame as even if it went 12 Pascal would've deff won a wide decision. Irrefutable.
