N'Jikam is very choosy about who he fights. He disgracefully ducked Golovkin.

Like Proksa's style, it's pretty unique and when he's flowing, the kid's a very solid fighter. Golovkin is elite though, the fact he was supposed to fight Pirog says everything about this contest.

I wonder if Golovkin's trainer watched the Proksa fight after Brook v Jones?

biggest test for Golovkin so far, he has never faced an awkward southpaw like Super G in his career, this fight will show us what he's made of

also biggest test of Super G's career, remember when he went into the lion's den against Sylvester? he was supposed to lose, but schooled the much more experienced man

can't wait for this one, battle of the G's :deal

if anyone watched the 2 fights proska had against hope he acted like a dejected moron, he was a sorry ass punk before and after the rematch. proska keeps his hands to low and Golovkins straight punches are going to find a home

I can't see proska surviving, let alone winning. Props to proska for taking the fight, they could have gone an easier route and won a title.

    Golovkin KO4

Cant see Proksa doing any worse than Kasim Ouma who gave GGG hell for as long as the fight lasted.

Proksa has a lot more to offer than Ouma did(Ouma was not a MW to begin with and already battle worn)

    Proksa with the upset.

    GGG has ZERO defense.

I agree, I think GGG gets overrated on here a bit. His resume isn't very impressive at all and he still has to prove himself against the true top 10-15 level fighters (fair enough he's been avoided based on his perfromances so hasn't had the chance yet).

As for the fight itself I gotta go with GGG, mainly because of his timing. Fighting someone with excellent natural timing is especially dangerous for a wild, hands down, reflex based style like Proksa's. You would think it would take him a few rounds to get used to Proksa's rhythm though, and maybe the pole could be awkward enough to edge a decision who knows. But over 12 rounds I'd expect GGG to be able to start to walk him down and expose his flaws.

Is this National bias I see?

I just think once proska gets tagged it's goodnight, his defence isn't good enough to keep him out of trouble for the whole fight

I used to think that about GGG as well after seeing the Ouma fight. But if you watch his other fights he's much more composed and aware of shots coming back at him which leads me to believe that he just got caught up in trading with Ouma early on and found him so easy to hit that he decided he could just walk through the guy (which he did in the end).

Either way I think he's better than he showed that night.

Everyone has a little bias in them but my track record will show that i have been nothing but honest when it comes to Polish fighters. If they suck i will be the first one to admit it.

After watching fight tape and taking into consideration GGG's weak resume(yes its better than Proksa's but still very thin). Keep in mind that this is GGG's toughest opponent just like for Proksa to date.

Keep in mind most other oponents are not southpaw's and Ouma was his best opponent to date.

    Yeah it will be interesting.

Proksa's biggest fight to date but the same applies to GGG.

Polish glass will continue the trend of being disgracefully shattered all over the canvas.
