I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I havent seen it so I wanted to get your thoughts/reactions. Its about an MMA match, but Mayorga, King, and the fact that Don King wants Mayorga back in boxing made me put it here in the Boxing Forum. Anyways, who was looking forward to that fight. While I realise the chances are small, it would be very nice to see Mayorga connect a fast right hand early and drop that Din Thomas guy. Could you imagine the post-fight trash talk from Mayorga about MMA and Thomas, it would be a real ***** in the "boxing is dead" community's side. However, if Thomas submitted Mayorga, it wouldn't hurt boxing too much, as Mayorga never was a great boxer, and is now way past it. Either way, I was hoping for this to come off.
