Looks like there WILL be a Joshua-Dubois II

ReMatchroom at its finest ! Joshua does not deserve a rematch at all,as mentioned by others he never won a single minute of any round of the full fight whilst it lasted yet here we are once more !

 

Tbh both Parker and Kabayel should be fighting for titles next,they have the momentum and biggest wins and only behind Dubois at this time in the division. It does seem that Turki with his money has a lot of say which is only fair and the division is in a far better place at this moment .

 

I don't believe Dubois will be Joshua's next fight. It's all just talk to save face and keep the AJ fans interested. They're a confused lot at the moment. Hearn would rather wait for Fury.

 

Usyk will destroy Fury and Dubois would make the same with Joshua even if Bodybuilder adopted the hit and run strategy. His chin cant hold more than 4/5 accurate and powerful punches landed by Dubois.

I hope Dubois v Joshua doesnt happen. It would represent the greatest humiliation for Joshua.

 

The worse Fury looks against Usyk, the more it makes sense for AJ.

 

I think all these fighters should have faced in a sort of tournament several years ago. But excluding Fury and Wilder they ducked each other.

 

I too hope it doesn't happen, instead of all the bravado being put forward by Hearn on Joshua's part, Josh should just be honest and come out with what he really is feeling, and say fook doing that again, there is no shame in admitting you don't want knocking the **** out again.

 

I noticed Joshua's power is not a problem for Dubois. Joshua landed some powerful blows on Dubois but he looked like a block of marble that countered perfectly.

Then, if Joshua wanna get a joke he can activate the clause for a rematch he will lose for sure, because Dubois will pressure him from the beginning more than in the first bout. Besides now he fears Dubois more than Ruiz and when a fighter fears an opponent hes over before the fight start more or less like Spinks with Tyson.

So...Dubois could KO Joshua even within 3 rounds this time imo.

This has a whiff of Joyce V Zhang 2 about it.

A lot of people, myself included thought Joyce had an off night in the first fight. His facial injury threw him off and that if the fight went longer he'd have won. The consensus was he'd make adjustments, survive the early onslaught and drown Zhang late on. As we all know the opposite happened and Joyce got a career ending beating.

This could go the same way. All the talk will be of adjustments, new gameplan, new mindset. And then Dubois splatters him even faster.

 

I'd rather see something new like Joshua V Zhang or Hrgovic something.

Casuals will be all over this though. It's an interesting fight still but this time Joshua will be heavy underdog.

 

Thats the only thing that will save AJ/Fury now. Fury has to look terrible against Usyk.

 

He was awful, why do you give him a decent shot? AJ cannot take Dubois power at all and his guard was low as hell.

 

Maybe Joshua can redeem himself. He didn't take that dude seriously maybe.
