It depends on how hard he has trained, maybe he will be 19 stone, but maybe like mcdermott he has turned fat into a bit of muscle. We will know when we see them at the weighin this week. I cant imagine him not being in some sort of shape, I dont think his dad would just let him sit there and eat chocolate cakes all day!!
Ah ok.... I've been hitting the pool first thing and done four miles on the treadmill and some light weights in the evening. Lost nearly a stone :yep Can't be arsed doing loads of situps though :-(

Only 5 pounds, running 4 miles per day over two months...you do know that running is moving along with one foot off of the ground at all times, right?? .
I lost 42lbs in 4 months but its took me 2 months to lose 5lbs, its hard work I walk over 10 miles a day and eat around 1500 calories a day (when I behave myself)
