He once said; 'What is it that they call a 'neutral official'. An official who is either my friend, or someone I could buy.'

Also he said, 'The WBC regulations, are secret,,,,,,no one has ever seen them.'

    WBC Light-Welterweight Championship

Between 'new' Champion, Sang-Hyun Kim (South Korea)
    and
    Fitzroy Guisseppi (Trinidad & Tobago)

After it appeared, that the Caribbean had won the WBC Light-Welterweight
Championship, by scoring '2' knockdowns over the defending Champion,
and out-hustling Kim over '15' Rounds in his home city of Seoul.

Lope Sorreal, while waiting to hear the announcement of the Decision,,,,,
'I don't have to wait for this, I already know who won'.

Sang-Hyun Kim was awarded a 'highly controversial and fixed decision'.
