But you picked someone to win despite them not being the biggest or most physical guy. So you need to stop preaching about how important size is, when even you don't make picks based on size.
I expected Loma to overcome the size differential. You have a natural 126/130 pounder going up against a natural 135/140 pounder. It's a noticeable size advantage for Lopez, but not an insurmountable size advantage. Lopezs combination of size, toughness, power and denying Loma his desired angles won him his fight.
You favoured Loma, you thought he would win, there’s no problem with that, I really don’t understand the rest
Thats what you did in your thread the other day. . You claimed size is the single most important factor in boxing , meaning size supersedes all skill and talent. Size doesn't = speed , atlethiscm , skill and power. All 5 factors combined helped Lopez defeat Loma.. Size alone isn't what steered him to victory , therefore size alone is not the "single most important factor in boxing"
Size IS the most important factor in boxing. Not the only factor. Why is this difficult to comprehend?
There's no one factor of boxing that supersedes all others.. You don't understand this sport. That was made clear when you claimed small guys in your boxercise class were unable to hurt you , and then used that experience to argue the same theory applies to professionals.
Size is the most important factor in the sport. I really cant believe you disagree with this. Why do we have weight classes then?
