    penalosa lost the last three rounds...the fight was pretty much even after round 9...most have it 7-5 for darchinyan but the judges were watching the fight with eyes closed

    It's going to be a good card... Urbano Antillion might fight an undefeated Juan Carlos Salgado on the televised undercard... His first test, i hope it happens.

    Lopez will make penalosa quit. Im not sure about Antillion/salgado.

    Youve just proved that youve never seen the fight, Deleon/Penalosa. Because if u saw the fight, u would realize that it was a real close fight and many people thought Penalosa won... :-(

    Ponce beat him with scoring slaps on arms and gloves! Ponce, a much bigger guy and much-feared puncher was on the backpedal in the last three rounds of the fight! :patsch

    Penalosa is good ... he won't get KO'd ... he will probably lose the fight UD or win the fight on a decision.

    They're both lefties ... and they both have power ... Penalosa in his left and Lopez in his right.

    Ponce (not Darchinyan) won those rounds by slapping Penalosa's arms and gloves while running! Too bad the refs scored those slaps.:-(

    Gerry Penaloza has never been kayoed . . . but as the saying goes . . . there's always a first time for everything.

    I don't believe Penaloza will be KAYOED . . . not until I see it happens.

    Yeah, Ponce outlanded Gerry but those were slaps (not punches that Ponce was known for) and most landed on Gerry's arms and gloves! Too bad those were scoring slaps regardless where they landed.
