And before the loma fight I was actually starting to like lopez but now i think he is just a douche nozzle. He acted like he dominated Loma and didnt want a rematch when in reality he barely touched him lol straight delusional.

Well, this is true if about purse split %. Boxer with multiple belts vs beltless boxer always gets higher purse percentage.
Maybe only if beltless boxer is very big cash cow, then this might be different.

Regards to venue, ref and jugdes, a side will be ol big bob and boxing orgs not lopez or lomo.
What means agreement about judges and ref for title fight might point one example: boxing org A and boxing org B did not had come into mutual agreement regards to judges in 1 fight where both of these orgs belts had been on line. As result boxing org A had removed their belt from this fight.
