    ****, I dont think Lorenzo is good enough to beat any of the superbantam weight title holders, let alone the featherweight title holders.

    In defence of Lorenzo if Cortez had stopped the fight when he went to this would never of occured.

    I think Lorenzo just wanted out of there full stop.

    The WBC officially declined to give him the interim belt due to the controversial outcome, so the WBC title is still vacant.

    Lorenzo isn't that bad, he's just way past his prime and doesn't have the strength to fend off a big forward-moving fighter. He beat Cristobal Cruz, he beat Nate Campbell, he was robbed against Roman Martinez, he lost close against Courtney Burton and he held his own against Juan Diaz. He'd probably beat guys like Klassen, Fana, and St. Clair, all of whom held SFW belts recently.
