What advantage will you have by lowering your weight class?

    Are you overweight?

Im no expert but surely at your age losing a stone if your already a healthy weight isnt advisable,

What height and weight are you? are you stocky? or skiny

How much do you weigh and how tall are you? Unless your overweight do not go losing that much weight at your age.

Go get your bodyfat measured. There's no way anyone can give you advice if they don't know how much fat you have on your body to lose. You might not have 15 pounds to work with. if that's the case, you're better off just cleaning up your diet and lifting to bulk up...in other words, you want to weigh what you do now, with 10 or so pounds of fat going away and being replaced by 10 pounds of muscle. If you've got the fat to lose, then of course you can cut down to the next class.
