1g is 9 cals when consumed but maybe it's different when used by the body? I dunno to be honest, the way you worked it out seems right. I read a few random articles on fat loss a while ago and they all said 1lb fat = 3500 cals :huh
Not sure either, but I don't think the 9 calories is exact science, it probably differs a little per individual since some energy is wasted during conversion inside the body and we're not all equal. Most sources say carbs = 4, protein = 4, fat = 9, alcohol = 6 however, but I doubt those numbers comes from human testing.
Now do you see why i dont post here? The idiocy is just annoying. What is the point in a training forum when any idiot thins he can give advice? I mean 3% bf? Most here dont even know the diffrence between a BMI and a BF.
By far. The mans an absolute idiot. His a wrestler a boxer an MMA fighter a BB a powerlifter he loses tons of weight to make weight he can deadlift 400lbs..bla bla. I dont know why anyone even bothers to take any of his posts seriously. Coupled with the fact that his dyslexic or simply too stupid to type a sentence correctly..atsch
If you go on the Peter Kay diet you can loose "16st in a day!" Al you have do do is drink a gallon of ****.
